1. Who we are
Sunday (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a personal health app operated by Sunday Health. These terms govern your use of the Sunday mobile app and its connected services. Contact: support@getsundayhealth.com.
2. What Sunday does
Sunday helps you understand your own health information in one place. With your explicit, per-source permission, the app can:
- Read health and fitness data from Apple Health (steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts, and similar measurements you have granted access to).
- Connect to your Epic MyChart patient portal to retrieve categories of your medical record, such as lab results, using Epic’s patient-authorized SMART on FHIR standard, read-only.
- Let you log symptoms and other health information yourself.
- Generate summaries, trends, and AI-assisted explanations from the data above, to help you understand patterns in your own health.
Sunday does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app is a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health, and contact emergency services if you may be experiencing an emergency.
3. Your control over your data
- Nothing connects without your explicit action; each data source requires its own consent grant.
- You can revoke a source’s access at any time; revoking stops future syncing from that source.
- You can delete your account, which removes your account and associated health data from our systems.
- We do not sell your health data.
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
4. Epic MyChart connections
If you connect an Epic MyChart account, you authorize Sunday to retrieve specific categories of your medical record directly from your health system via Epic’s patient-authorized FHIR interface. Authentication happens directly between you and Epic — your health system does not share your MyChart password with us, and Sunday cannot write to your medical record.
5. Your responsibilities
Keep your account credentials secure, use the app only for your own personal, non-commercial health management, and don’t attempt to probe, disrupt, or access data that isn’t yours.
6. Age
Sunday is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
7. Accuracy and availability
Sunday is provided “as is.” Data synced from third-party sources (Apple Health, Epic MyChart) reflects what those sources provide, and AI-assisted explanations are informational aids, not conclusions you should act on without professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of synced data or generated insights, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app before they take effect.
